About G.A.A Productions

How we decided on our name:
When deciding on our production name we agreed we wanted it to be personal to the three of us. We brainstormed different names and narrowed our options down to two possibilities: G.A.A or Ghost Town productions. However, we decided on G.A.A productions as we felt that this was more personal and created a feeling of proud ownership. As well as this, I discovered there was another production company called Ghost Town animations.

How we decided on our colour scheme for our logo:
During the production of our horror film we all wanted to maintain a colour scheme of whites, reds, blacks, greys and browns as these were the most common colours found in a horror film. This meant that when it came to creating our production logo it wasn't hard to decided on the colour scheme. We decided to have the white as the main colour as it is clear and contrasts the black background. Red borders the white as it represents the horror theme most effectively.

Where it will be shown:
During our opening, the logo is the initial thing that the audience is shown. At the end of the film, after the end credits, it would be shown again. We decided that it would be the first imagery that the audience would see after watching many other horror films; they all had their production logo at the beginning of the opening.

Our finished product:
