Casting Profiles

For the opening of our film, we have decided to use the three actresses Lily Fulton, Maeve Wigham and Jasmine Warren. All three girls studied drama at GCSE level and achieved the top grades. As well as this, they all look similar (brown hair and green eyes), this creates a consistent theme within the shot, creating an obsessive, fetish-like feeling. This allows the audience to also learn more about the antagonist.The male actor Alfie Scopes is seen in both the montage and the opening scene e. g a scene of him removing teeth from one on the girls. The shelves indicate the three girls possessions he has taken e.g. hair locks.


The idea behind using these three actresses were that they were all fairly similar. The use of three average brunette girls, all pale with a lack of makeup to reflect their innocence and vulnerability.



Through out the opening scene of the horror opening, the three girls, will be shown sitting in a chair. The antagonist is taking their teeth however, as this is only the opening scene of a film, the audience don't actually get to see what the teeth are used for.
